A magical fine-dining experience that includes interacting with hand-reared rescue elephants - you can stroke them, feed them, pose for photos with them during this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Then drift up to the beautiful open-air dining area, champagne cocktail in hand, to commence renowned African fusion fine dining, with meals designed by the amazingly talented Annabel Hughes. Livingstone Island - $105-$145 per person

Only possible mid-July through January, this popular tour allows guests to get up close and personal to the Falls with a swim in Devil’s Pool, followed by breakfast, lunch or high tea. See Victoria Falls as Dr. Livingstone first did on the 16th of November in 1855 when local tribes canoed him through the rainforest to the lip of the chasm for an unforgettable view that changed history.
